Once your FOCUS Service Contract is set up, you can contact acensium at any time, by telephone or e-mail, and we will contact you within 24 hours or less to identify your problem, determine what is needed and the best method to deliver it to you. You control the process. We provide you an up front estimate of time, based upon your needs, and we get you answers promptly. Normally, a simple verbal response will suffice, but we can provide you documentation, as needed. Ask-the-Expert is the answer line for you for limited issues such as:
- Code requirements
- Methods or alternatives to meet fire safety objectives
- Background on potential hazards and methods for control
- Assistance with fire protection equipment, operations and maintenance instructions, warning notifications and special reports
