The Model Site Safety Program, like our other model fire and safety program,s is born of actual experience by our staff in managing loss control and safety in the plant environment.
The individual policies and procedures evolve from a general, but comprehensive, Safety Code of Conduct – used as the employee safety handbook. From this Chapter, other steadily more specific policies and procedures are arranged on subjects ranging from hazardous chemicals to scaffolding.
Again, the Site Safety Program is an integrated series of model procedures that can be used as a total programmatic upgrade or taken in separate parts to be adapted to specific plant needs.
